Customer Support Executive

Do you have a passion for great customer service? We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the Customer Support Department of a fast-growing business. The right Customer Support Executive will be highly motivated, customer orientated, reliable individual, and in search of an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed expected targets
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with 3rd parties
  • Ensure that you manage your workload/case queue efficiently
  • The willingness to go the extra mile and do what’s needed to get the job done

Desirable skills

  • Graduation in any subject from any reputed university. Graduation in English is preferable. 
  • Completed Spoken English or IELTS courses from any reputed institution. 
  • Excellent skill in written and verbal English.
  • Good knowledge about MS Word, Excel & Internet browsing. 
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service rote i.e Retail. Trade (Preferred)
