Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed expected targets
- Diary management
- Liaising with 3rd parties
- Ensure that you manage your workload/case queue efficiently
- The willingness to go the extra mile and do what’s needed to get the job done
Desirable skills
- Graduation in any subject from any reputed university. Graduation in English is preferable.
- Completed Spoken English or IELTS courses from any reputed institution.
- Excellent skill in written and verbal English.
- Good knowledge about MS Word, Excel & Internet browsing.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service rote i.e Retail. Trade (Preferred)
